it all depends on where you are in your product life cycle and where you want to go. The decisions that HAVE to be made include:

Am I just going to convert my RPG/DDS and go live?

Am I going to maintain concurrent gui and green and minimize my software maintenance time and use the same programmer for both sides of the house?

Am I starting a new project and can do the whole picture from the get go in a package?

Am I wanting to convert my RPG to Java and move from there?

Answers to these questions will determine which of the 3 I mentioned you should look at and how you should implement it. And as always, the final decision has to be yours and one that fits with how you do and want to do business in the future...

I agree with Don in DC; look into X-Analysis and X-Web by Databorough,
to convert your 5250 apps to the Web.  You might also look into Jacada
but that's probably more expensive.
