A UPS is not a device - will not see anything. Different brands have different ways of showing status - usually a light or set of lights - you might create a message queue named QSYSMSG - they you will see UPS messages in there (IIRC), along with other critical messages. Our network admin replaced the UPS on our 520. Is there anyway from the AS/400 side to determine that all is well with the new UPS? I see nothing in the log configuring a new device.
