See that's where I thought the argument was. I thought it was would people do without a phone on their desk that at least appeared traditional versus a headset plugged into their computer. True, you will probably have to switch out your desktop phones. Then again, how many people have $4 WalMart phones on everyone's desk? So, they're already used to having a somewhat pricey phone on each desk. So, you're saying it's more the cost of the peripherals that people are concerned about. Not the technology fear of instead of a headset jammed against your ear, you have a headset plugged into your PC. Because the former is a much more valid argument than the latter. Rob Berendt
