I have not personally seen or met an IBM rep(sales or otherwise) in well over 10 years. I was in the BP program for many years and even that has been dismantled from it's original idea. Selected national accounts are about the only folks that would actually see or hear from a IBM employee. The little 520 accounts are pretty much on their own. What is even more amazing... they keep buying from IBM. Jones, John (US) wrote:
