Support from both sides... I can support them with my 5394 from my office and the customer can access the system from his home laptop. The customer has never used Iseries Acess so I'm wondering if that's a good idea at this point. I assume client access has gotten a lot better but it has never been a favorite of mine. I want to get them into a DSL arrangement so that I can get to them from that angle but I have never used that method myself so that will be an adventure also. (I assume DSL is a good method.)
