To add to Carsten's post, within your programs, you need to remove the 
hard coded US edits, and all of your I/O for display (to/from screens, and 
to reports) need to convert the time and date formats from your storage 
format, to the *JOB format for output, and from *JOB format to your 
storage format before editing and writing to your files.
