Joel, I take it you didn't keep the original packing material? I think I'd talk to IBM. When we had a leased system go back, they had someone come out and pack it up. Seeing has how it is IBM's fault and it is in IBM's best interest to get the rack back undamaged, they may be willing to take care of making sure the equipment is packed up correctly.
