So far my involvement with Fix Central has been to order fixes and use FTP to pull the images down. This works well, when it does work. This last go-around I tried something different and I am not sure how to proceed. Fix Central gives you the option to order by FTP, mailed Media or download immediately. I downloaded immediately and the PTF's show "Downloaded". The link for "help" takes you to Management Central where you are instructed to use fixes inventory option to find and apply the PTF's. Taking the "Install Software Fixes" option ran through processing all fixes for all products. It first showed the status of "Available" and then went to a status of "No fixes to available to process". So, if the PTF's *were* downloaded (and Fix Central has been a little flaky lately) then where are the fixes and how do I load them? Unfortunately the help text in Fix Central appears to be no help at all. I am sure there must be documentation on how to do this somewhere. If I can find it, I'll RTFM.
