Kirk,

Hmmmm....I followed your lead and did a display PTF and every one of the 
"downloaded" PTF's from Fix Central had either been superseded or 
permananently applied on our system.  Here is what I see on the 
"Summary" page on fix central (which doesn't look that great as text):

I am not sure what that means.  I thought Fix Central checked the status 
of the ordered PTF's on your box first, before ordering or downloading 
them.  In this case the "Downloaded" ones were actually already present 
on the system in one form or another.

Now I am really confused!
