I'd make them tell you exactly what's required to be done when it ships
back to them to make sure you're covered... that sounds like a messy
situation!

Our new 520 Express setup is shipping separately from the rack it will be
installed in.  All the machine changes/additions we needed have to be done
as a customer MES this time.   Some of the value we used to get within the
high price of the boxes is definitely going by the wayside.

I have to disconnect and ship back to IBM my nice new 520 that I've
spent over a week getting ready to take over our DEV/TST duties from our
overworked 270s that currently have that job.  Does anyone have any tips
to avoid damage to my system?  IBM is picking up the shipping bill since
they sent me the wrong rack so I really don't have a choice of shipper.
Is there anything I should make sure is tied down other than maybe the
cable guides and such??
