Client Access Export Restrictions?

 
Do you know of any export restrictions that might prohibit us from
letting someone download and install Client Access overseas?  In China
or Sweden for example.  If there is a restriction it would be similar to
what used to be the case for Microsoft Internet Explorer when there were
export and domestic versions.  The domestic version had greater
encryption capabilities.  I'm pretty sure there is not one but I thought
I might ask.
