Is this the link to register for online support line? If so, what's the user name rules? I'm entering 6 letters and 2 numbers but I keep getting invalid. -----Original Message----- From: Kruse, Kat <kkruse@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Fri, 9 Jun 2006 13:40:24 -0700 Subject: RE: Supportline Here's the link I use https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/set2/ssr/slprob Kat Kruse IT Engineer Qualcomm, Inc. kkruse@xxxxxxxxxxxx (858) 845-0014 -----Original Message----- From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of fbocch2595@xxxxxxx Sent: Friday, June 09, 2006 13:08 To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Supportline Rob, do you have a link to the support line? -----Original Message----- From: rob@xxxxxxxxx To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Fri, 9 Jun 2006 11:14:49 -0400 Subject: Re: Supportline Dude, Never open a pmr over the phone. Always use the internet. Advantages include: - You can type in a very descriptive issue of the pmr and type faster than they can transcribe. - All of your description gets in and not just every third word you told the receptionist. - You can verify that the message was CPF1234 and not the DBF1234 that the receptionist keyed in. Now, if you are in a hurry, jot down the pmr # created, call back in, and say you're calling on an existing pmr. Also, much faster way to get to the person who speaks english. I just spent almost a half hour on hold and talking to the operator before I finally got a PMR number.
