Do the tapes have Save Files on them, where the SAVF were created back
on v4r3?

Subject: Tape conversion

I have some 3570 Magstar tapes from an old machine (V4R3) which I need
to resave at a current level (V5R2 for us).
I kept our development machine at V4R5 specifically for this reason but
don't want to restore all the libraries (which include system libraries)
and then save at the new level. Is there a tape to tape method to
convert libraries from one version to another ? Or a better way ?
