We were challenged by IBM earlier this year to put together a Value
Proposition for the System i (that is, the family that includes AS/400,
iSeries and i5). 


I'm at a loss to why IBM doesn't have this marketmunition already - but it's a 
great cost saving exercise; have *your* own customers create marketing about 
why they should stay on *your* platform for *you*. Then when they attempt to 
change platforms, you get one of *your* suits to present it back to them.
