Sean, is there a way to get the break text to be the date ? the yy mm dd?

AM trying to think of the best way to do this. The file has the date but

I want to have a total break by date. That is working. But I want the
date
itself to appear in the total break description. Do you have to combine
them as one field ?

I don't know about "have to" but that's how we do it. I often build two
fields, since our users like MDY dates, and they don't sort well.

yy * 10000 + mm * 100 + dd
mm * 10000 + dd * 100 + yy

Then if it's a printed report, I use an edit word ' / / ' to make it
look good for the user.
