Does QSYSMSG get those messages in _addition_ to going to QSYSOPR?  Or
_instead_ of going to QSYSOPR?  I'd want them both places.

I've heard about QSYSMSG before and decided it's time to look into it.


QSYSMSG gets the varied off messages *instead* of QSYSOPR.  I think the
serious messages (disk failure, etc.) go to both.

We've had ours in place for almost a year now.  It's great not having
all those messages in QSYSOPR.
