Also, there's a nice little RPGLE utility that you can download that does 
a pretty good job of sending email.  Search the internet for Leland and 
SNDEMAIL.  I think it requires a subscription to some magazine.  Still 
requires the setup I previously pointed you to.

An alternative is the JavaMail utility.  Some people don't like trying to 
troubleshoot native email.  However the infocenter does have a pretty good 
step-by-step process for it.  Some have said that for bulk email that the 
JavaMail takes a performance hit.  For your initial use, that shouldn't be 
a consideration.
