I have W2003 server on an IXS card inside an i5 520.  I have 10 thin clients
all running simultaneously off this single copy of Windows via Terminal
Services.  Each of the 10 users run slightly different things, but among
them are Client Access, Word, Excel, browser, Publisher, Outlook, Outlook
Express, and Roxio.

That's 1 copy of W2003 Server handling 10 people.  Legally. <g>
