If you're interested in job CPU % check out the QGYOLJOB (Open List of Jobs)
API - specifically the valid keys for return format OLJB0300, which includes
key 314: Processing unit used - percent used during the elapsed time (job).

The QGYOLJOB API also includes sort capabilities, so you're able to sequence
the returned job list in f.x. descending CPU %. You control the time span
for which the CPU % is calculated by calling the API with 'Reset status
statistics' flag set on, delay the process for the appropriate amount of
time, and then call the API again with the flag set off.

I have an old QGYOLJOB example retrieving a list of interactive job CPU hogs
if anyone wants a starting point.
