Sounds like someone insecure in his position or something.

As seen from thist list, those who share their knowledge (with very rare 
exceptions) "get more respect".

My problem usually is when somebody asks me about any subject I know much about 
I slip to easily into "teacher mode"....

Anyway, thanks again to all the great ones here who share... It is 
appreciated...
