Re: SMTP troubles (AGAIN!) -- MIDRANGE-L

It should be HELO or EHLO plus the domain name (which is
taken from CFGTCP option 12, the host+domain info).

If these values are blank, that could be a problem to as
some mail servers require this on the "hello" command.
