I'm not sure that the name change is the problem. As you said, this is only the second change in almost 20 years. The problem is the confusion among the users of the system. This is an area that IBM has failed in its approach. Somehow "we" are confused. IBM's inability to keep "us" clear in our own minds is regularly evident.
