David: Actually the job information is in the Job Accounting journal as apposed to the Audit journal, sorry about the confusion. We have a utility that we developed in house that we use to print this type of info. I could provide a copy of the source code if you are interested. I believe the audit journal will also tack any profile swapping that may be occurring. You should also look at the objects owned by the user profile and determine if any of their programs have been setup to adopt authority, you can use the DSPPGM to do this analysis. You will not be able to remove the user profiles until you have removed all of the references. We currently have a few old employee profiles that are still be used and would like to elimate them if possible. Some of these profiles are using the IBM Office product that requires some sort of e-mail verification (still checking into this) and we cannot simply change ownership of the jobs to another profile. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance, David Charmatz Citi Trends **************************************************************** CONFIDENTIALITY NOTE: All e-mail sent to or from this address is processed by the Waterfield Group corporate e-mail system and is subject to archival, monitoring, and/or review by someone other than the recipient or the sender.
