RE: Fix Central

Yeah, I need Download Director's pretty icon on my desk for several hours 
like I need a hole in the head.  I prefer the batch ftp scripting.

And when I do download a ptf directly the %complete NEVER changes from 0 
until it is 100% done.

And now, when I download a ptf directly they no longer show up in WRKPRB.

I probably should open the last two statements as separate pmr's.

I did open a pmr.  Basically I tried it again and it worked.  I 
sarcastically left it as "it's a crap shoot as to whether or not it will 
work".  Still need to open a couple of other pmr's listed though.
