http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/support/iseries/fixes/orderfix.html there is a link for ordering on media http://www-912.ibm.com/supporthome.nsf/document/23801211which is, IIRC, the Boulder, CO, fulfillment center. You need to be in the US and have a support contract. You can select lists of individual fixes or CUMES. You get to say the shipping priority, etc. All on one page - lovely.
8-10 years ago (before CDs) I used this facility to send fixes to a dozen different company sites - IBM did it all - no copy tapes to different formats and then mail 'm out.

It works according to phases of moon in my experience. IBM should have provided easy way to order CUMM CDs without going thru Fix Central. -----Original Message----- From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of rob@xxxxxxxxx Sent: 03 April 2006 14:08 To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Fix Central Anyone able to download a ptf using this abomination this week? Heck, I couldn't get it to work last week. Currently I am trying to order a cume. I am stuck on the "Detecting your Java Virtual Machine" screen. On hold with IBM now...
