Take a look at the package label and see when IBM shipped it. If was US Mail - i just received a "priority mail" package (not from IBM) that took 9 days from ship to receive. Ours usually come via DHL and are quick. Last time I noticed when ordering
a group online was that there was a field to specify the carrier... i've
never used it though.

Wow. Ordered the PTF media for HMC 5.2 - did this on Feb 28th.
The front of the package says "Ship date 2/28/2006" and here it is the
16th of March and it showed up today. This took so long I reordered the
package 2 days ago. Good thing I didn't need the fix packs for my HMC
or anything. Sheesh.
Anyone else having 2.5-week turnaround times on their PTFs? Is this
IBM's way to ensure everyone does electronic delivery?
