RE: Installing my First Concurrent Disk Drive - Any Tips?

Did you add them to a raid set prior to added them to an ASP?  Or are you 
not doing raiding?  Providing all is ok, and you didn't balance the asp 
when you added the drives, then I'd run the STRASPBAL now.
