At my organization we are using the WorksRight PER/ZIP4 and CPC software and databases, each with monthly updates and 5 month expiration periods. I'm a little late coming in to this discussion thread... Are you having issues with the ZIP4 software and Db? Or is this a different product you are using?? We get a monthly update to the national database, and apply them. I don't think some websites get that frequent of updates. You can see if your address is in the national database by going to: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp and entering your address. It will look up your zip in the national database. You might need to light a fire under your local postmaster if your zip code is not in that file. If it is, then the fire needs to be lit under the web master to get a current list.
