You can see if your address is in the national database by going to: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp and entering your address. It will look up your zip in the national database. You might need to light a fire under your local postmaster if your zip code is not in that file. If it is, then the fire needs to be lit under the web master to get a current list.
