The command should be of the form

RST DEV('/QSYS.LIB/TAP02.DEVD') OBJ(('/EDI')) LABEL(SAV?????) SEQNBR(NN)

At least, this has worked for me on several occasions when the IFS hasbeen saved usng the SAV command. Problem is that you have to find thelabel using DSPTAP. I have never had more than one tape to search so ithasn't taken too long.
