Since this thread is specifically about ServiceDirector ordered PTFs, it seems reasonable to ask how ServiceDirector knows a PTF ought to be ordered. Does it search for PTFs based on problem strings from the problem log for example? If so, then the PTFs were ordered because a problem had been previously detected. I've tended to trust ServiceDirectorever since it became first available. But it's been a few years since I had that responsibility and I'm no longer clear how it works. Tom Liotta
