Just a glimmer of a memory here, but wasn't there supposed to be an entry in the hosts table for the local system, that matched the domain configured in the TCP/IP config? Something like that...... The failing system has a job QYPSJSVR that shows an error in the log: CPFB9A1 Management Central connection failed. I'm guessing that is why mine doesn't work. It somehow is trying to connect to a host which it should not. I just need to figure out *why* it's trying to connect to that host! Hopefully this will get you closer to your solution as well.
