Rob,

Thanks for your response.  It sounds just like what I need.   I'll give
it a "go."

The queries are monthly standards and need to be automated.   Someone
was previously doing everything manually, each month and quarter, for
the user and sending them the output.   I'm moving the place, albeit
kicking and screaming, out of "manual/highly labor intensive" mode to as
much automation and regular scheduling of jobs as possible.    

Any further suggesting would be appreciated.
