Windows Server 2003 can participate in a reliable two-phase protected
distributed transaction with the OS/400. This can be accomplished by
utilizing one of the three (3) Microsoft data providers for DB2.

So based on that page, you could say that if you run MS servers you
don't
have a need for reliable & secure access to them...or that you have no
mission-critical operations.
 
Looks like the content was not reviewed by the marketing group.
