When being told they had to pay $5000 to upgrade from BiSync to IP for
one of their bank connections one of my customers asked why? The bank
said 'because BiSync is going away' So we asked. Rochester who stated
for the record that 'There are no plans to remove BiSync support in any
planned release" This was just this past year. It WAS going away on the
Banks end (sucks to be them I guess!) So we told the bank we would
gladly convert to IP for $0 to save the bank a lot of trouble but since
it was there problem, not ours, we would not pay. So they just extended
BiSync support somehow on their end. Oh Well.
