The "CEE" APIs are automatically bound to from all ILE languages. (As are most system APIs)
So far, I don't use a whole lot of CLLE. Mainly because prior to V5R3 CL was so primitive. One question about the example given is with the comment: CRTBNDCL PGM(ENDOFMON) SRCFILE(xxx/xxx) So, are the procedures used automatically bound and no binding directory or anything is needed? I just prompted it and noticed that CRTBNDCL, like CRTBNDRPG, doesn't have BNDDIR or BNDSRVPGM that CRTPGM, or H specs in RPGLE, has.
