You're trying to access netbios via VPN? As I understand it, most firewalls will not allow ANY netbios packets to access your network from an external address. Netbios uses both TCP and UDP, and UDP is not normally routed. I would think your VPN could be configured to allow this traffic, but I'm not certain about that...
