RE: HMC & Alternate console

That will move it to QCTL which is where it needs to be for go save 21
stuff.  But there is already a *CONS which puts all system consoles in
to QCTL.  I had this configuration with two twinax consoles years ago.
I do not remember if an IPL was required.

Not exactly sure about taking over as the console,
but to get the description allocated to the correct subsystems run the
following commands:

ADDWSE SBSD(QCTL) WRKSTN(DSP01) AT(*SIGNON)

ADDWSE SBSD(QINTER) WRKSTN(DSP01) AT(*ENTER)
