srcB42342C0 is the Service Processor LIC - AJDGP01 I also see MF21772 for V4R4 but nothing newer. It doesn't look good to me. What release and Cume level are you? If you don't have support (and you're already current on PTFs) I'd say your best option is to slip the LIC.
