In summary, anywhere from 22.5mb to 78mb of your disk may be used by OS alone. (QSYS + Other IBM libraries + Licensed Internal Code + Temporary space + System internal objects). I am sure that Robot publishes how much disk they require. Add that to the above. I'd consider getting four 70GB drives and sticking them in a raid set. A three drive raid crawls like a slug. IBM can't figure out why, it's just a proven fact. Four or more drives in a raid set should be a given.
