We used to do internships.  We just haven't had any need for new meat 
lately.  I suspect it's like that at a lot of local businesses.  And Fort 
Wayne just lost Waterfield Mortgage.  That was a large iSeries and pSeries 
shop.  Saw one of them post on the midrange-jobs this week.  When you've 
got a lot of experienced talent out pounding the pavement, why train new?
