The Remote System Explorer functionality of the WebSphere
Development Studio Client has this capability-- *ALL*
libraries is a tough one.  TAATOOL has SCNSRC and 
SCNALLSRC, but they are "confined" to a single library at a
time.  Same for FNDSRCPDM.
