Don't worry Joe.
I know the problem and the mechanics behind it.
These are issues that are playing all around the world (definitely not only
in the USA) and even under my personal Palm Tree..
But qualified workers 'undependent of where they are or where they come from
or what they are paid' will do work that a qualified 'American/USA' worker also
can do.
That is a result of the ongoing Globalisation and nothing will protect
against that.
And yes....would it be fair for the poor fellow in ???????? with bright
brains to not get the same change as who ever else???? in what ever place.
Lets think a bit in the concepts 'One World......One People' and we are all
heading for a 'BrighterDay' (Nice idea for this time of the year).

  Kind reagrds,
  Eduard Sluis.

Don't put words in my mouth, Eduard. My position on the issue has been
clearly stated over the years: foreign workers should not be allowed to take
jobs for which there are qualified Americans, and right now there are plenty
of qualified Americans willing to work in high-tech jobs. The problem is
not qualification, it's pay scale; companies would rather higher low-cost
visa workers than higher-priced American workers. I don't want companies to
bring low-cost foreign workers into the country to supplant American jobs.
