dont blame the individuals, they will take whatever job is offered to them.
If someone offered any of us a job working abroad for much better money and
much better conditions for our families, how likely is it that we going to
turn it down?

Blame the companies looking to turn a fast buck by throwing loyalty out the
window and dumping their existing workers and chucking them on the scrap
heap
