Don't put words in my mouth, Eduard. My position on the issue has been clearly stated over the years: foreign workers should not be allowed to take jobs for which there are qualified Americans, and right now there are plenty of qualified Americans willing to work in high-tech jobs. The problem is not qualification, it's pay scale; companies would rather higher low-cost visa workers than higher-priced American workers. I don't want companies to bring low-cost foreign workers into the country to supplant American jobs.
