Upgrade the client to V5R3 and try it again. Or install ISeries access to another PC and try it again. After you upgrade if you're still having the same issue you might also try to share a different folder like one under QIBM (/QIBM/ProdData/Access/Windows/Install) for a test and see if you still get the error. You can pick any folder to test but it would be nice to stay with one that was created by IBM.
