I think that must be your line.  :)

Thanks for the detailed steps; it is exactly what I am looking for.  Now I
just need to obtain a copy of the certificate they created.  I can't do it
by accepting via a browser and using the certificate management to find it,
because only a FTPS server is running, not a HTTP(S) server.  I'll ask the
hosting company.
