V5R3M5 applies to LIC only.  It is only out there to support specific 
hardware.  If you upgrade to V5R3M5 and do a DSPSFWRSC, F11 your 5722999 
will be at V5R3M5 but your 5722SS1 will be at V5R3M0.

When I scan IBM support for V5R3M5 I get 1,167 hits.
