We have a data queue attached to exit point QIBM_QWT_JOBNOTIFY. Whenever a new job is created on the system, an entry is added to this data queue.

We have a never-ending-program that sits and waits for entries on teh data queue. Each time one is received, it retrieves the attributes of that job, and if it's an interactive job, we know that someone signed on or off. (It tells you if it's a start or end of a job)

Greetings List,

I have a controller at one of our division wanting to know when his
employees sign on and off the system. The only idea I have right now on
how to do this is to scan the job log for a date range and look for the
appropriate CPF codes. Does any have a better idea on how this might be
accomplished? We have a 720 running V5R3.
