Note that any AS/400 that does not require passwords for SBMRMTCMD is open to 
remote commands from anyone from anywhere that can route to it -- from my PC 
here at my desk for instance if over TCP/IP, though it'd be far easier to do 
from one of the many AS/400s available to me.

Far better to configure it to require passwords and use Server Authentication 
Entries if over TCP/IP. The password is then not hard-coded anywhere.
